Job summary

Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Baltimore, Maryland. This 13-week assignment requires 36 hours per week with 12-hour shifts and a focus on high-acuity adult patients with cardiac and pulmonary conditions, including vent management.

Candidates must have IMC experience, be capable of managing dysrhythmias, hold an RN license with BLS/ACLS, and be willing to rotate through PCU/IMC/Med Surg units.

Qualifications

• RN license and current Maryland state licensure.
• Minimum 2 years nursing experience in acute or critical care.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• IMC or PCU experience and vent management skills.
• Ability to manage dysrhythmias and critical care patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-acuity patient care in PCU/IMC/Med Surg units.
• Administer vent support and monitor cardiac/pulmonary status.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and Johns Hopkins Health System guidelines.
• Submit documentation verifying prior Johns Hopkins Health System employment when applicable.
