Malone Healthcare - Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU for a 13-week assignment in Anderson, Indiana. You will provide compassionate care to medically complex patients on telemetry with frequent assessments and rapid response to changes in condition.

Qualifications

• Recent Stepdown/PCU/Progressive Care experience.
• Strong telemetry and cardiac monitoring skills.
• Experience managing medically complex patients.
• Excellent critical thinking and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to telemetry patients with frequent assessments.
• Monitor cardiac rhythms, vital signs, and labs; respond to changes promptly.
• Administer medications including IV therapies as ordered.
• Document care in EMR and educate patients/families.
• Float to other Medical-Surgical units as needed.
