Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN for PACU - Post Anesthesia Care in Green Bay, Wisconsin. This role requires 2 years of PACU experience, ability to float between Phase I and Phase II recovery, and caring for varied patient types including post-cath and IR cases.

Certifications include BLS, ACLS, PALS; CAPA or CPAN is acceptable. The position offers a 13-week assignment, 40 hours per week, evenings shift, and travel benefits through TotalMed RN.

Qualifications

• 2+ years PACU experience; Phase I/Phase II recovery preferred.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS; CAPA or CPAN certification required.
• Experience reading cardiac rhythms and managing cardiac medications.

Responsibilities

• Provide PACU care for inpatient, outpatient and observation patients.
• Read/interpret cardiac rhythms and adjust/monitor IV gtt as ordered.
• Give discharge instructions and educate patients and families.
