Job summary

HealthTrust Workforce Solutions, in partnership with Lifepoint Health, invites you to expand your nursing career through travel assignments across a nationwide network of caring facilities. The role is based at a community hospital in Gallatin, TN, with 8, 10, or 13 week assignments based on facility need.

You'll perform plan of care interventions, monitor patient status, coordinate care, and educate patients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year acute care experience in hospital setting.
• Current state nursing license.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• Certifications as required for specific position.

Responsibilities

• Perform plan of care interventions including medication administration and treatments.
• Monitor patient condition and communicate with care team and family.
• Coordinate care across disciplines including transfers and discharges.
• Educate patients and families based on age, culture, condition, and circumstances.
• Advocate for the patient's physical and emotional well-being.
