Job summary

Trinity Health’s FirstChoice program seeks a Travel Registered Nurse to fill RN roles in the Mount Carmel East system in Columbus, OH. This part-time, day-shift assignment offers premium pay and flexible scheduling, with opportunities nationwide and regionally within the health system.

You’ll float across hospital locations/regions, maintain clinical standards, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure quality care while adapting to changing assignments.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid RN licensure in applicable states.
• Minimum two (2) years of recent clinical experience across required specialties.
• Credentialing required per specialty (ACLS, TNCC, etc.); BLS/ACLS/PALS via American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Float across hospital locations or regions.
• Assess, identify outcomes, plan, implement, evaluate.
• Work independently within licensure and scope of practice.
• Delegate, decisions, and outcomes are owned by the RN.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve quality and outcomes.
• Adapt to new responsibilities and cultural differences.
• Manage competing priorities with agility.
