Job summary

Medasource is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Selma, Alabama. The role requires OR RN experience with ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications, and an AL RN license. Shifts are 8 hours, days, 40 hours per week for 13 weeks.

Responsibilities include assisting surgeons, managing supplies, and coordinating with families and the care team. Travel assignment with a competitive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Must have ACLS, BLS & PALS certifications (American Heart Association).
• AL RN or multi-state RN license required.
• 4 years of recent OR RN experience in a hospital setting.
• Experience as OR Circulator with Endoscopy helpful.

Responsibilities

• Ensure supplies and timeliness of cases.
• Communicate with families and update physician preference cards.
• Scrub and assist physicians during surgical cases.
• Supervise personnel delivering patient care.
