Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in the practice state.
• BLS certification required with American Heart Association.

• Leadership experience preferred, including supervising others.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care using the Nursing Process in collaboration with the team.
• Assess learning needs and adapt education for diverse patients and families.
• Delegate and manage nursing team resources within the interdisciplinary group.
• Utilize data to evaluate care and promote improvements.
• Support patient safety, privacy, and compliance with standards.
