Job summary

UCHealth Broomfield Hospital in Colorado is seeking a dedicated RN for the Operating Room (OR) to provide high‑quality perioperative care during day shifts. The role offers full-time employment at 80 hours per pay period and a $60.00 hourly rate with a travel stipend.

Candidates must hold a Colorado RN license or eNLC, have at least 1 year of experience, and valid BLS certification. This position emphasizes patient safety, teamwork, and adherence to evidence-based perioperative protocols.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience.
• BLS certification required (AHA/Red Cross).

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care in Perioperative, PACU, or OR settings.
• Utilize the nursing process to provide high‑quality care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and quality outcomes.
• Precept and mentor staff as needed.

Minimum Requirements

• CO RN license or eNLC privileges
• 1-year experience
• BLS - BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date.
