Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid RN licensure in applicable state(s) of practice.
• Minimum 18 months of recent clinical experience for Med Surg, Tele and PCU.
• Minimum 2 years of recent clinical experience for Critical Care, Surgical Services, Maternal Services, ED and Behavioral Health.
• Credentials required per specialty area (ACLS, TNCC, etc). BLS/ACLS/PALS must be through American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Float throughout the hospital and/or multiple locations/regions as needed.
• Assess, identify outcomes, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Act independently within license, scope of knowledge and experience.
• Delegate, make decisions and be accountable for outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support quality improvement and outcomes.
• Embrace new ideas and manage competing priorities.
