Job summary

MercyOne Medical Group seeks an experienced RN to join the FirstChoice mobile staffing program, serving across MercyOne Genesis Silvis Medical Center. This role offers 12-hour night shifts, premium pay, and travel opportunities with flexible scheduling.

You will float across locations, apply the nursing process, and lead initiatives to improve patient outcomes while maintaining licensure requirements and certifications. Immediate start is available.

Qualifications

Graduation from an accredited school of nursing with RN licensure.
Minimum 2 years of recent clinical experience in critical care, surgical, maternal, ED or behavioral health.
Prior leadership/supervisory experience required.
Active credentials per specialty (ACLS/TNCC/PALS) per American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

Float across hospital locations and regions as needed.
Apply nursing process: Assess, identify outcomes, plan, implement, evaluate.
Act independently within licensure and scope of practice.
Collaborate with stakeholders to improve quality and outcomes.
Adapt to new ideas and manage competing priorities.
