American Traveler is seeking an experienced Travel RN for a 13-week assignment in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) at a 44-bed trauma step-down unit in Asheville, North Carolina.

You will work nights on a 36-hour weekly schedule (12-hour shifts), with a 4:1 patient load that may stretch to 5:1 and required floating to other units. Neuro and trauma care expertise, ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, and Cerner EMR experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Active NC or compact RN license.
• Current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required.
• At least 2 years of neuro and trauma care experience.
• Minimum 1 year in progressive care or relevant specialty.
• Cerner EMR experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Work in a 44-bed Trauma Care Stepdown Progressive Care Unit.
• Night shift from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM.
• Typical RN ratio 4:1, may stretch to 5:1.
• Floating to other stepdown and med-surg units.
• Night shift duties include neuro and trauma care tasks.
