Job summary

Gilder Search Group is seeking a Travel RN specialized in Neuro/Trauma ICU for a 13-week assignment in Worcester, MA. The role features nights, 3x12s, with every other weekend off, and a gross weekly pay up to $2,400 plus benefits from day one.

The ideal candidate will have MA RN licensure, 3+ years ICU experience, and neuro/trauma ICU exposure, with ventilator management and cardiac monitoring capabilities. Local and travel candidates are accepted.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Massachusetts RN license.
• 3+ years of ICU experience required.
• Neuro and/or Trauma ICU experience highly preferred.
• Level I Trauma experience preferred.
• Ability to care for ventilated patients and manage cardiac monitoring.
• Occasional floating to other ICUs required.
• Local and travel candidates accepted.

Responsibilities

• Provide critical care to adult Neuro/Trauma ICU patients.
• Care for patients with stroke, traumatic brain injury, neuro trauma, and post-op craniotomy.
• Manage ventilated patients and cardiac monitoring.
• Monitor and respond to changes in patient condition.

Job Title: Travel RN – Neuro/Trauma ICU

Location: Worcester, MA

Rate: Up to $2,400 Gross Weekly + benefits available from day 1

Shift: Nights, 3x12s, 7:00 PM–7:30 AM; Every other weekend required

Contract: 13 weeks

Hours: 36 hours per week

Requirements:

• Active, unencumbered Massachusetts RN license
• 3+ years of ICU experience required
• Neuro and/or Trauma ICU experience highly preferred
• Level I Trauma experience preferred
• Ability to care for ventilated patients and manage cardiac monitoring
• Occasional floating to other ICUs required
• Local and travel candidates accepted

Certifications:

• BLS
• ACLS
• CCRN, NIHSS, and TNCC preferred
