Job summary

Cynet HealthStaff seeks a Registered Nurse for a 13-week MS Tele assignment. The night shift runs 12-hour shifts; requires a state RN license and 2 years' experience. BLS and ACLS are mandatory, with Cerner experience preferred for charting and orders.

The role involves caring for medical/surgical/telemetry patients, monitoring rhythms, IV therapy, and dysrhythmia management. You will work with a multidisciplinary team and cover every other weekend and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must pass EKG rhythm interpretation exam with 80%+ and 100% on lethal rhythms.
• Cerner experience required.
• Previous charge experience preferred.
• Travel experience is required for this position.
• No time off during first two weeks of assignment.

Responsibilities

• Care for patients in a Medical/Surgical/Telemetry environment.
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and manage IV therapy.
• Manage dysrhythmias, central line care, and blood products.
• Collaborate with IV teams, PT, respiratory, and pharmacy.
• Maintain patient ratios and ensure flu vaccine compliance.
