Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking an experienced Travel Registered Nurse (RN) for a Medical Telemetry assignment in Ganado, Arizona. This opportunity features a 7-on/7-off schedule with nights and 12-hour shifts in a Critical Access Hospital setting.

The ideal candidate will have Med Tele experience, strong clinical judgment, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while delivering high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license
• Previous Medical Telemetry experience required
• Current BLS certification; ACLS preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to Medical Telemetry patients.
• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions accurately.
• Interpret cardiac telemetry monitoring and respond to changes in patient status.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and protocols.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments and discharge planning.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR.
• Adhere to facility policies and patient safety standards.
