Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Med-Surg/Telemetry on the night shift in Ganado, AZ. This contract role requires strong patient care, accurate documentation, and adherence to protocol in a busy hospital setting.

You will monitor vitals, administer medications, and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes while maintaining readiness for on-site night shifts.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of employment with no sanctions.
• 2+ years in Med-Surg or Telemetry; night-shift experience preferred.
• Proficient with electronic health records and accurate documentation.
• Vital signs monitoring, escalating changes per protocol within minutes.
• Medication administration with verification and safety checks per hospital protocol.
• CPR/BLS certification current at time of hire.
• Infection control adherence and sterile technique.
• Ability to work autonomously while maintaining teamwork and clear communication.
• Strong patient and family education tailored to illness and treatment.
• Reliability for on-site night shifts with punctual attendance.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to medical-surgical and telemetry patients during night shifts.
• Monitor patient vitals, assess changes, and respond per hospital protocol.
• Administer medications and treatments with accurate documentation and safety checks.
• Identify and elevate clinical concerns promptly to ensure patient safety.
• Coordinate patient care with multidisciplinary team and communicate updates clearly.
• Document care plans, procedures, and outcomes in electronic health records.
