Job summary

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Wisconsin or licensing that allows practice in Wisconsin.
• Experience in Med/Surg and telemetry units with patient monitoring.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and adapt to travel assignments.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor telemetry data.
• Administer medications and document in the EHR accurately.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in rounds with the care team.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions.
• Coordinate with physicians and staff to optimize patient outcomes.
