Qualifications

• Active RN license in Wisconsin or compact state
• BLS certification from American Heart Association
• Minimum 2 years acute care experience in neuro or medical-surgical with telemetry
• Experience with telemetry monitoring and Epic electronic charting
• Willingness to float as needed; local radius restriction of 50 miles from facility

Responsibilities

• Provide care on a 25-bed neurosurgery/general care unit
• Monitor neuro patients and telemetry
• Work night shifts 7:00 PM–7:30 AM
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure evidence-based care
• Complete telemetry interpretation exam prior to start and adhere to unit protocols
