Job summary

VyTalent Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Baltimore, Maryland. The RN will work in a hospital setting on medical-surgical telemetry floors, covering 12-hour night shifts and 36 hours per week.

Requirements include Maryland RN license (compact accepted), 2 years RN experience, ACLS/BLS, and telemetry/dysrhythmia proficiency. Contract length is 13 weeks with start date 11/09/2026; benefits are provided as part of VyTalent’s comprehensive

Qualifications

• Maryland license required or compact license accepted.
• Minimum 2 years RN experience required.
• Med-Surg/Telemetry experience required.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• Strong telemetry/dysrhythmia interpretation/management experience required.
• On-unit and remote telemetry monitoring experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for adult and geriatric patients requiring cardiac monitoring in a Med-Surg telemetry setting.
• float within scope of care as needed across similar units.
• manage patient conditions, including cardiac rhythms, blood products, and invasive lines.
• adhere to unit protocols for medication administration and patient safety.
• collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver quality patient care.
