Job summary

Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN for Med Surg/Telemetry in Lufkin, Texas. The assignment is 13 weeks, with 12-hour day shifts, in a rural hospital caring for adults with heart failure, diabetes, pneumonia and CKD.

Required: BLS and ACLS, a minimum of 2 years in Medical‑Surgical with Telemetry, ability to read strips and titrate heparin drips, and an active RN license. Benefits include housing options, health insurance, travel reimbursement and a retirement plan.

Qualifications

• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Minimum 2 years of recent Medical-Surgical with Telemetry experience.
• Ability to read ECG strips and titrate heparin drips.
• Licensed to practice as a registered nurse.
