Cross Country Nurses seeks a travel nurse RN Med Surg/Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Lufkin, Texas. The role covers a 45-bed Med Surg/Telemetry unit with a 6:1 patient-to-nurse ratio and night shifts, starting 10/19/2026 for 13 weeks at 36 hours per week.

The position requires BLS/ACLS/PALS, a valid RN license, and the ability to work nights with flexibility for schedule changes during the contract.

Qualifications

• BLS, ACLS et PALS certifications obligatoires.
• Minimum one year of clinical experience in medical-surgical or telemetry nursing.
• Valid nursing license.
• Ability to work nights.
• Located more than 50 miles from the facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in a 45-bed Med Surg/Telemetry unit.
• Floats to different units as needed during the contract.
• Work around a night-shift schedule and 36 hours per week.
