Cross Country Nurses seeks a travel nurse RN for Med Surg/Telemetry in Charlotte, North Carolina. The assignment is on a high-acuity unit with telemetry monitoring, starting 10/19/2026 for 13 weeks at 40 hours per week with night shifts.

The role requires an active RN license with BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and 18 months MS/Telemetry experience; oncology certification is a plus. Housing, health insurance, and travel benefits are provided as part of the package.

Qualifications

• RN license with BLS, ACLS and NIHSS certifications required.
• 18 months Medical Surgical/Telemetry RN experience.
• Willing to float to multiple facilities within the region.
• Start date 10/19/2026 and end 01/16/2027.
• Located within 50 miles of the facility; travel-friendly.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care on a high-acuity Med Surg Telemetry unit.
• Monitor telemetry equipment and respond to nursing needs.
• Work night shifts: 8-hour shifts, minimum 40 hours per week.
• Collaborate with CNA, HUCs, charge nurse, phlebotomy, pharmacists and case managers.
• Float to multiple Pineville, Anson, Union facilities within the region as needed.
