Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a Telemetry Med Surg RN for a travel assignment in Sioux City, IA. The RN will work 12-hour nights on a 36-hour week, for a 13-week duration, in a travel capacity. Start date is 12/07/2026 and requires 1–2 years of acute care experience, with BLS and NIH certifications.

Responsibilities include bedside care, monitoring telemetry equipment, interpreting data, and informing the care team of any irregularities. The role offers benefits and weekly pay through TotalMed RN.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of recent acute care experience required.
• Telemetry RN duties including monitoring and interpretation of cardiac data.
• BLS certification and NIH certification required; additional certs may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic bedside care.
• Monitor and interpret telemetry equipment and electronic displays.
• Identify abnormal telemetry readings and notify the medical team.
• Initiate corrective actions based on monitoring information.
