Job summary

VyTalent Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN for Med Surg and Telemetry in Winchester, VA. The position is in a hospital setting with 12-hour night shifts on a 13-week contract, offering a 36-hour work week and a tax-free stipend as applicable.

Requirements include 2+ years Telemetry Med Surg experience, cardiac experience, ACLS/BLS, and NIH/VA state license or Compact. Travel experience and no block scheduling are required.

Qualifications

• Cardiac experience required.
• Travel experience and no block scheduling.
• ACLS and BLS certifications (AHA).
• RN license: NIH/VA state license or Compact.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in the Float Pool covering Med Surg and Telemetry.
• Float to other units as needed per hospital policies.
• Document in EPIC EMR system.
• Maintain patient safety and comfort during acute care.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to deliver high-quality outcomes.
