Job summary

Trinity Health FirstChoice is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in West Des Moines, Iowa. This role offers premium pay, flexible scheduling, and regional/national opportunities across Trinity Health facilities.

Position requires RN licensure, med/surg or telemetry experience, and willingness to float across units. 13-week assignment, nights shift, 36 hours per week, with a tax-free stipend potential.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid RN licensure authorized in applicable state(s) of practice.
• Minimum of eighteen (18) months of recent clinical experience for Med Surg, Telemetry and PCU.
• Minimum of two (2) years of recent clinical experience for all remaining specialties including Critical Care, Surgery…

Responsibilities

• Float throughout the hospital and/or multiple locations as needed.
• Apply standard nursing processes: Assess, Outcomes Identification, Plan, Implement, Evaluate.
• Function independently within license and scope of practice.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support quality and improvement initiatives.
• Adapt to new responsibilities and diverse clinical settings.
