Cross Country Nurses seeks a Travel RN Med Surg/Telemetry in Albemarle, NC, to care for patients in a 27-bed unit with focus on stroke, COPD, and chest pain. RNs will cover 12-hour night shifts, 36 hours weekly, and float within the region as needed.

The role requires NC RN licensure, BLS/ACLS, NIHSS, and 18+ months of Med Surg Telemetry experience. Travel housing allowance and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Valid licensure as a registered nurse (RN).
• Minimum 18 months Medical Surgical Telemetry experience.
• Experience with stroke assessments and cardiac rhythm interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care on Medical Surgical Telemetry unit.
• Coordinate care with multi-disciplinary team to support patient recovery.
• Utilize Epic EMR and monitor patient status and documentation.
