Qualifications

• BLS (AHA) certification.
• ACLS (AHA) certification.
• NIHSS and CPI (or MAB) are required.

Responsibilities

• Care for incarcerated patients in a Medical Surgical with Telemetry unit.
• Read telemetry strips and monitor rhythm.
• Administer medications (e.g., heparin) and ensure safety/compliance prior to start.
• Float within scope of practice and work 12-hour day shifts.
• Commitment to attendance and availability on weekends/holidays.
