American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Telemetry role in Ohio. The candidate must hold an OH or compact RN license and demonstrate telemetry strip interpretation skills through an on-site test.

The position features a 24-bed MS Telemetry unit, day shifts of three 12-hour shifts per week, and a schedule that includes every other weekend and holiday. TruBridge EMR is used for charting and patient care duties are performed on a busy unit.

Qualifications

• Active OH or compact RN license
• Minimum 2 years RN experience
• ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Must read and interpret telemetry strips; test on first day

Responsabilités

• Care on a 24-bed Medical-Surgical Telemetry unit
• Maintain patient ratio of 1:5 (up to 1:6 at high census)
• Day shift with three 12-hour shifts per week
• Every other weekend and every other holiday coverage
• Work with TruBridge - Evident EMR charting system
• Provide direct patient care on a busy Telemetry floor
• Complete first-day competency test for telemetry interpretation
