Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Med Surg/Tele RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Peoria, IL. You will deliver high-quality care in medical-surgical and telemetry units, monitor cardiac telemetry data, and work with a multidisciplinary team to meet patient needs.

The role requires 1 year of Med Surg/Tele RN experience, an active RN license, and BLS certification. NIHSS and ACLS certifications are preferred. Travel nurses earn competitive pay with full benefits and support.

Qualifications

• One year of recent Med Surg/Tele RN experience.
• Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) Certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health conditions and monitor telemetry data.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to plan patient care.
• Prepare patients for diagnostic procedures and assist physicians.
• Ensure infection control practices and patient safety.
