Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel RN for Med Surg with Telemetry in Owosso, Michigan. The role requires 13 weeks of assignment, 36 hours per week, with 12-hour night shifts. Active MI RN license, BLS, ACLS, and telemetry proficiency are required.

Two+ years of medical-surgical experience and PCU float experience are preferred. The RN will provide care coordination, patient education, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Active Michigan RN license required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Telemetry proficiency and rhythm interpretation needed.
• Two+ years medical-surgical experience preferred.
• Experience floating to PCU desirable.
• Covid vaccination required or exemptions allowed.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical, psychological, and social needs and develop care plans.
• Deliver high-quality nursing care in a hospital setting and monitor patient conditions.
• Provide patient education and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Fluctuate to meet unit needs; float to PCU as required.
• Follow hospital policies to ensure safety and quality of care.
