Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Med Surg/Telemetry RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Muncie, IN. This travel role offers 36 hours per week with 12-hour day shifts. Start date is 10/21/2026, with employment type listed as Travel.

You will work with a dedicated clinical team to provide high-quality patient care. Requirements include one year of Med Surg/Telemetry RN experience, current BLS, and an active Indiana RN license. NIHSS/ACLS certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• One year of Med Surg/Telemetry RN experience.
• Current BLS certification.
• Valid RN license in state of Indiana.

Responsibilities

• Explain procedures and treatments to patients and families.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ conditions and document changes.
• Prepare patients for procedures and assist during treatments.
• Monitor patient responses and ensure safety throughout care.
• Document patient information in the medical record.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create care plans.
• Prioritize care based on acuity and clinical needs.
• Maintain infection control practices and PPE use.
• Coordinate discharge planning for smooth transitions home.
