Healthforce is seeking a Registered Nurse for a Travel assignment in Boston, MA. The role involves adult Med-Surg patients on a rotating 12-hour schedule, with a 13-week contract and weekly pay. Orientation and ongoing support are provided as part of the onboarding process.

The position requires an active RN license, BLS/ACLS, and EMR experience, with 1–3 years preferred. COVID and flu vaccines are required, and candidates must reside over 50 miles from the facility.

Competenze

• Active RN license required; temporary and permanent positions at time of offer.
• 1-3 years of related work experience preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certification required; CPR-AHA accepted.
• EMR experience and basic computer skills essential.
• Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts; weekends and holidays required.
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility; no local travelers accepted.
• COVID-19 vaccine required (medical exemptions acceptable); flu vaccine required (medical exemptions acceptable)

Mansioni

• Deliver direct patient care to adult medical-surgical patients on a rotating 12-hour schedule
• Perform comprehensive assessments and document findings in the electronic medical record
• Administer medications and monitor infusion therapies, including telemetry where required
• Monitor patient status, interpret vital signs, and promptly elevate changes to the care team
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other disciplines to implement and adjust care plans
• Provide patient and family education, discharge planning, and ensure safety and infection control standards
