Job summary

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Tele position requiring an active NV RN license and at least one year of recent travel nursing experience.

Responsibilities include a 13-week day shift on Sierra 1 in a hospital setting, with Epic EMR training provided. Candidates must reside more than 60 miles from the facility and meet travel assignment requirements.

Qualifications

• Active NV RN license required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience within the Med/Surg Tele specialty.
• Minimum of one recent 13-week travel assignment within the past year required.
• AHA-issued certifications required.
• CPI certification required for Behavioral/Psych patients.

• Med/Surg Tele unit (Sierra 1) within a hospital setting.

• No blocked scheduling permitted.
• Uses Epic EMR with training provided during orientation or test-out option available.
• Must reside more than 60 miles from the facility; local candidates not accepted.
• Minimum coverage of 2 major holidays required.
• RTO must be submitted with initial application and cannot be added at the end of the contract.
• Returning travelers must have a 13-week break after completing a prior contract at this facility.
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply if licensure requirements are met.
