Job summary

American Traveler, LLC. is seeking an experienced Med/Surg Tele RN for a day shift in Arizona. Active AZ or compact RN license and telemetry experience are required. Flu vaccine is mandatory.

You will work in Med-Surg/Telemetry and Observation units with day hours 7am-7pm, and may have optional call shifts. RTO is limited and travel-friendly policies apply, with first-time travelers welcome.

Qualifications

• Active AZ license or compact required
• Minimum 2 years of recent RN experience
• Med-Surg and Telemetry experience required
• Step down experience preferred but not required
• Flu vaccine required with no exceptions

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in Med-Surg/Telemetry and Observation units
• Day shift 7a–7p with set hours
• May have optional call shifts with full-time staff during low census
• Maintain Med-Surg/OBS 1:6 and Step Down 1:4 ratios
• Utilize Meditech EMR, Alaris pumps and Omnicell systems
• No holiday coverage required during the contract
• Facility may cancel up to 3 shifts in 13 weeks without guaranteed hours
• RTO limited to 3 days per 13-week contract
• Candidates must reside outside a 100-mile radius of the facility
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply

• Day shift schedule 7a-7p with set hours
• May be offered optional call shifts during low census periods alongside full-time staff
• Med-Surg/OBS ratio of 1:6 and Step Down ratio of 1:4
• Uses Meditech EMR, Alaris pumps, and Omnicell medication system
• No holiday coverage required
• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Med-Surg/Telemetry environment
• Facility may cancel up to 3 shifts during the 13-week contract without guaranteed hours applying
• RTO limited to no more than 3 days per 13-week contract
• Candidates must reside outside a 100-mile radius of the facility to be considered
