Job summary

American Traveler, LLC. is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg unit in Indiana. The role requires a current RN license (IN or compact), BLS, and at least 2 years of Med/Surg experience. The assignment spans 13 weeks with a 07:00–19:30 schedule.

Candidates must have a US SSN and a US home address. Local candidates are accepted, though a radius rule may affect pay. Travel nurses new to the company are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Active RN license IN or compact
• BLS certification (AHA) required
• Minimum 2 years Med/Surg nursing experience
• Nursys primary source license verification within 30 days before start

Responsibilities

• 12-bed medical/surgical unit caring for medical and post-op patients with inpatient/overnight observation
• Main post-op population is orthopedic surgery patients
• Unit staffed with RNs and PCTs
• 13-week assignment with 07:00-19:30 shift
• Provide direct patient care to medical and post-surgical patients, focusing on orthopedic post-op cases
• US Social Security Number and a US home address required
• Local candidates accepted, radius rule may affect pay rate
