Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year acute care experience in a hospital setting.
• Current state nursing license.

• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Perform plan of care interventions including medications, specimens, clinical treatments and documentation.
• Monitor patient condition and communicate findings to care team, physician, patient and family.
• Coordinate patient care across disciplines, including transfer, discharge and referrals.
• Educate patient and family appropriate to age, culture and condition.
• Advocate for the patient’s physical and emotional well-being.
