Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a compassionate Med Surg/Telemetry RN for night shifts in Ganado, AZ on the Navajo Nation. This role offers guaranteed 36 hours per week and the opportunity to care for a diverse patient population in a supportive, nurse-owned organization.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in AZ or a state with compact licensing.
• Minimum 1 year of Med Surg/Telemetry experience.
• BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe and effective patient care in a Med Surg/Telemetry unit.
• Monitor vitals, administer medications, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Respond quickly to patient changes and document progress.
• Accurately document and assess patient status; ensure triplicate charting compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver safe and effective patient care in a med surg/telemetry unit

Monitor vitals, administer medications, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams

Respond to patient changes quickly and professionally

Accurately document and assess patient progress

Active RN license (AZ or compact)

Minimum 1 year of Med Surg/Tele experience preferred

BLS & ACLS certifications (AHA required)

Ability to thrive independently on night shifts
