Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to Med/Surg patients.
• Assess patients, administer medications, and monitor changes in condition.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Perform accurate documentation and maintain patient records.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment and discharge planning.
• Respond effectively to changes in patient condition and clinical emergencies.
