Alliance Services, Inc. is seeking a travel nurse RN with Med Surg discipline for a Marshfield, Wisconsin assignment. Start date 11/16/2026 for 13 weeks, with 36 hours per week on 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM–7:30 AM).

Responsibilities include patient care in a 29-bed unit, IVs, drains, ostomies, wound vacs, and EHR documentation using Cerner. Aiming for intermediate care background, BLS certification, with ACLS preferred; every other weekend/holiday required.

Qualifications

• Intermediate care background required.
• RNs required to titrate drips including heparin, and occasionally insulin, diltiazem, amiodarone, and nitroglycerin.
• Required certifications: BLS (AHA); ACLS preferred.

Responsabilités

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.
• Nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:4 on days and 1:6 on nights.
• Float rotation to other med/surg units may be required if unit is overstaffed.
• Unit orientation includes 12 hours of computer training and 12 hours of shadowing.
