Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Saint Augustine, Florida. This 13-week assignment involves 12-hour night shifts and a minimum of 36 hours per week, with float coverage across Med Surg units.

Required qualifications include at least 2 years of Med/Surg RN experience, EPIC EHR proficiency, BLS, and a Florida or compact RN license. Travel experience is required; ACLS is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg RN experience.
• Travel experience required; EPIC EHR experience required; BLS certification required; Florida or compact license must be on file at time of submission.
• Level 1 trauma facility or academic medical center experience preferred.
• ACLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on Medical/Surgical units.
• Float coverage across Med Surg units as needed.
• Adhere to unit nurse-to-patient ratios and hospital policies.
• Document in EPIC EHR and ensure patient safety.
