Job summary

HealthTrust Workforce Solutions, in partnership with Lifepoint Health, offers travel nurse opportunities across a nationwide network. This community hospital site in Versailles, KY seeks skilled nurses for 8, 10, or 13 week assignments to deliver comprehensive patient care.

Roles include planning of care, administration, patient assessments, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Requirements include 1 year acute care, active nursing license, certifications, and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year acute care experience in a hospital setting.
• Current state nursing license.
• Appropriate certifications as required for specific position.
• Degree from an accredited school.
• Demonstrate code of conduct and compliance policies.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English.

Responsibilities

• Perform plan of care interventions including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments and other medical care, documenting care.
• Monitor patient condition and communicate updates to care team, physician, patient and family.
• Coordinate patient care across disciplines including transfers, discharges and referrals.
• Provide patient/family education appropriate to age, culture, condition, and circumstances.
• Advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient.
