Job description

Middletown, OH (must reside 50+ miles from site)
Start Date: 10/31

**Targeted patient ratios are 1:5-6**

Must have the following requirements:
Pass an online EKG tele competency assessment before starting the assignment
Proof of COVID vaccination
BLS required, and ACLS preferred from AHA- must be able to read and interpret strips
Associate's Degree in Nursing or BSN required.
Valid Ohio Registered Nurse License
2 years experience.

Floating and Other Requirements:
Traveler will be first to float at Premier's discretion. Agency will float in/out of specialty clusters. It will be assigned a medically appropriate assignment or support the nursing care team of the unit floated to, including high-risk respiratory unit/COVID.
If assigned to MVH, this could include floating the main campus (Dayton), south campus (Centerville) less than 10 miles from Main Campus, and North Campus (Englewood) less than 15 miles from Main Campus.
Traveler must be available to work every other weekend/holiday.
Premier Health reserves the right to cancel 3 shifts due to low census per 13-week contract/2 shifts for an 8-week contract.
Premier Health reserves the right to cancel the agreement with 2 weeks' notice without fee or fine.
Travelers are not eligible for Premier health employee incentives.

Unit Details:
48-bed unit
Ages range from pediatric to geriatric.
The complexity of care includes neuro/spine, vascular, general, and orthopedic surgeries.
EENT, hematology/oncology, endocrinology, cardiovascular, respiratory, metabolic, and renal.

RTO
Request RTO with initial submittal; NO RTO will be added after the offer. RTO approval will be at the Manager's discretion. Submittal email must include application and current Nursys report, and other certs are not needed if listed on the application.
