Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg RN experience
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience in a US hospital setting
• Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program
• BSN highly desired
• BLS and ACLS certifications required (AHA)
• NIHSS certification required
• CPI certification required

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments with initial and ongoing evaluations and documentation
• Deliver age-appropriate care across the lifespan
• Determine nursing needs and treatment plans for assigned patients
• Complete admission assessments within policy timeframes
• Must reside 100+ miles from the facility (no local candidates)
• Obtain two manager or supervisor references from previous 12 months
