Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of acute care experience in a hospital.
• Current state nursing license.

• Demonstrate code of conduct and compliance policies.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Perform plan of care interventions including medication administration and specimen collection.
• Monitor patient condition and communicate updates to care team.
• Coordinate patient care across disciplines, including transfers and discharges.
• Educate patients and families based on age and cultural needs.
• Advocate for patients' physical and emotional well-being.
