Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license required.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS Certification.
• Eighteen months of recent Long-Term Care experience.

Responsibilities

• Complete assignments made by physicians.
• Provide routine treatment.
• Assess changes in the patient’s health status and perform various treatments.
• Administer medications.
• Meticulous documentation to ensure continuity of care between nursing staff, physicians, and other treatment team members.
