Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a travel RN for Long Term Care in Breckenridge, MN. This 13-week travel assignment requires a 40-hour week with 12-hour day shifts. Immediate openings for RNs with LTC/SNF experience and a valid state license.

A current BLS card is required and licensure eligibility is needed. Responsibilities include assessing residents, administering meds, coordinating care with the interdisciplinary team, and supervising nursing staff.

Qualifications

• BLS certification required.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience in Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Eligible for State licensure.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents and report changes promptly.
• Supervise CNAs and LPNs in daily care activities.
• Provide wound, catheter care and other skilled procedures.
• Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and social workers.
