Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN Long Term Care (LTC) for a 13-week assignment in Breckenridge, MN. The position features 40 hours per week, 12-hour days, and a travel employment type.

The ideal candidate has 1 year of LTC/SNF RN experience and current BLS certification, with eligibility for state licensure. Duties include assessments, care planning, medication administration, and coordinating with the care team.

Qualifications

• 1 year of RN experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
• BLS certification required or eligible for State licensure.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes promptly.
• Supervise CNAs and LPNs in daily care activities.
• Provide wound care and other skilled nursing procedures.
• Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and social workers.
