Meds Talent LLC is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) – Long-Term Care (LTC) for a 13-week contract opportunity at a hospital-based skilled nursing facility in beautiful Honokaʻa, Hawaii.

Weekly Pay: $2,780

• Non-taxable stipend: $2,060/week
• Taxable W2 pay: $720/week

Start Date: November 23, 2026

Shifts: Varied 8-hour shifts (Days, Evenings, and Nights)

Specialty: Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing

EMR: EPIC

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform patient assessments, treatments, and medication administration.
• Manage admissions, discharges, and communication with physicians and nurse practitioners.
• Provide ADL assistance, gastrostomy tube care, urinary catheter care, wound VAC care, nebulizer treatments, and CPAP care.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of RN experience.
• Active Hawaii RN license required by the start date.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Must arrive November 19 for the required employee health appointment on November 20.
