Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Long Term Care seeks a skilled RN for a 17-week travel assignment in Ludington, Michigan. You will provide skilled nursing care in a LTC facility, coordinate care plans, administer meds, and supervise nursing staff to ensure high-quality resident care.

The role demands one year of LTC RN experience, valid licensure, and current BLS/CPR. ACLS is a plus; benefits include competitive pay and comprehensive coverage.

Qualifications

• One year of RN experience in a long-term care setting.
• Valid RN license in accordance with state regulations.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health and monitor for changes; take action as needed.
• Develop and implement personalized care plans with input from residents and families.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Supervise LPNs and CNAs to ensure quality resident care.
• Document care, resident progress, and health changes timely.
• Respond quickly to emergencies and coordinate with medical teams.
