Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as an RN in a long-term care setting.
• Must possess a valid RN license in compliance with state regulations.
• ACLS Certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health, monitor for changes, and take appropriate actions.
• Develop and implement personalized care plans with residents and families.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs while ensuring quality care.
