Qualifications
- Active RN license (or compact).
- BLS certification (AHA).
- NRP certification.
- Fetal monitoring certification (required for LDR).
- Minimum 1–2 years recent L&D/Antepartum/High-Risk OB experience.
- Float pool/multi-unit adaptability preferred.
